The reason you feel dizzy is because when you finish the rep all the blood rushes away from your head, just like if you stand up too fast you get dizzy.

If you're dizzy after your lifts, drink more water.

OP here, thanks anons; i only feel dizzy on the last rep of a 6-set of squats near my max or something really heavy for me - its not a problem or anything
so anyway what is everyone talking about when theyre all like
>i want to do x excercise but its so taxing on the CNS
what did he mean by this?
hmm, well i do 4 x 6 squat sets, each set heaver... i max out at 400lbs (not atg).. i use to get dizzy on my last set after . IIRC its due to lack of oxygen. which makes sense so now i control my breathing and hasnt happen sense.

How do you breathe?
Different anon here. I breathe big at the top, hold it, then don't exhale until I'm standing again. It only sometimes makes me lightheaded.

i do that too (OP)
>>39504209

>why is everybody going on about breathing. i dont care. its not a problem.
what i want to know about is the central nervous system and doing heavy compound lifts
