Should I do squats and leg press on the same day? I'm doing this atm but thinking about stopping.
If I go heavy in one of them and go do the other I'm completely spent and can only do babyweight on the other. Plus, they take a really long time.

Stop doing leg press

Hijacking OP's thread so as to not make a new one for a similar topic
If my goal is aesthetics: wide back, swole pecs, bowling ball delts, and arms that make normies think I lift even through a hoodie, plus non-chicken legs
Is there a point in doing squats at all, if I do deadlifts and leg press 2x week?
I've been squatting for almost 2 years now and I don't really see the point

This is what you'll need for that
also just squat faggot

Those lifts are in Kgs right?
Idk why you'd do deadlifts twice a week instead of squats

Obviously

I love deadlifts
I hate squats
Aesthetics-wise, I (think I) can get away with just leg press (can't I?)

of course you can
squats are usually preferred because it is (almost) literally a fullbody exercise
you NEED a strong core, lest your spine folds over like a stapler
it's more functional
because it means your strength is proportional to your ability
having strong legs from leg presses won't carry over like that
and you might have "too strong" legs for your body
meaning you'll tear something up when you lift it up

Yes but I will still be doing OHP, pull ups and diddlies for core
Are squats really that irreplaceable?
