How do you effectively program a 6 day split? Is doing PPL with one compound and 2 assistances smart? Or should i do upper/lower? Are 6 day splits even worth?

Lifting heavy 6 days a week is not a good idea. At least two of those days have to be lower intensity. Are you a beginner or intermediate?
