I've been feeling something on my lower back after the workouts in which I deadlift and squat.
I wouldn't call it pain, it's some kind of discomfort. I'm not lifting that heavy, just around 1x BW (180lbs).
Is this normal or definitely bad form?
Another question, do you guys feel DOMs after your workouts?
Do you need more pictures of asses?

without feeling your feeling for ourselves, we probably can't tell you much. you're not putting up very heavy weight and you say it doesn't hurt, so I wouldn't worry about it for now

sometimes you pop a disk but it doesn't hit a nerve so it just feels weird
