Why would this not work?
I'm 6'1" not massively active. I work out like an hour a day, the rest is just general walking around doing daily shit. Why could I not eat say 2700 calories (my current maintenance roughly) year round, but focus on lifting heavier etc (overload on my weights)? Will I not just get lower bf% as my weights progress? I'm not in bad shape to begin with, leaner than average and around 90kg.
