I'm thinking about setting up my own home gym. And since I already have some plates with 30 mm holes in them, I am thinking about getting one of these thin and cheap bars.
I'm not going to load more than 4 plates, so will it be fine?

Don't forget your spear attachment.

A thinner bar would probably be much lighter, Ideal for thrusting as a spear in self defense.
Smart thinking OP!

Usual they can handle 200lbs max. I don't know how you are going to load 4 pl8

i've got some of those 'standard' bars they bend in months if not weeks; go all out on some decent gear dude
Also thinking about my own home gym. I keep my on this rack. What do you think about it?

Why would you need a lat pull down if you have a pull-up bar
