Are there any full body routines like this: ABxABxx or similar, i wanna do two days on, one day of, two days on, and then nothing in the weekend. Im doing SL but im making almost no massgains and now im starting to get even more skinnyfat. I really want to pack on chest mass because of my pectus (quite severe).

You split your legs into two days. Something like front and back squats on push day and Romanians and conventional/sumo deadlift on pull day.

i dont concentrate too much on chest because youll not be able to grow muscle in your chest gap. sucks man
be carefully squatting heavy also. my ribs flare and fucked with the stability i could get from my core at the time. ended up hurting my lower back a bit.
