Squat hold -30 sec (big bouncy ball against the wall holding squat position)

Push ups x8
Bodyweight rows x 8
Thoughts, criticisms and what's your idea that soooo much better than mine?
Why not compound lifts with barbells in a gymnasium + accessories?

there's just so much you can achieve with bodyweight. specially if your wife (like mine) is dyel, lacks knowledge and goals.

You don't set reps in a body weight routine you mong. Because you can't adjust weight to get the precise rep ranges you want, you just do X amount of sets to failure.
