Hip thrusts - 8 reps
Squat hold -30 sec (big bouncy ball against the wall holding squat position)

Bodyweight rows x 8

there's just so much you can achieve with bodyweight. specially if your wife (like mine) is dyel, lacks knowledge and goals.
anyway, better thank nothing.
Get a door frame bar and have her do pullups as well.

You got weights at home or just body weight? Here's an okay one with weights. I'm not gonna type up a body weight routine for some whore though.

You don't set reps in a body weight routine you mong. Because you can't adjust weight to get the precise rep ranges you want, you just do X amount of sets to failure.
