Agree, I work as a trainer and I'm told to never discuss about calories because it might "trigger" patients. Personally, I think calorie talk is important regardless but that's by 2 cents.

Don't talk calories so your clients can't eat healthy or properly, in turn they never lose the weight or make the gains they want, you now have a customer for life. Or until they blame their plateau on "genetics" and give up completely. A PT is the true gains goblin. You are paying them to help you work out, if their client actually makes it /fit/, good bye income.
Weight loss is 60% diet/40% exercise IMO.

You ain't gonna make money as a trainer if you're actually good cause normies will either get discouraged or learn just enough from you then move on.

The only way you can make legit(ie no bullshitting people) money as a proper PT/coach is to be a guru for professional BB/top end amateurs because they pay top money for high end service.

Course being the latter is infinitely more difficult than just being a mcPT.
