Ok so far ive lost 22 pounds went from lbs 164 to lbs 142 avarage within 3 weeks what do anons think about the results so far...NOT MY HAIR!

22 lbs in 3 weeks seems like its really pushing it (are you sure you got the measurements right and used the same equipment to measure yourself with?).

I would say that much of that could just be water weight, but losing that much weight means you probably lost a decent amount of lean muscle mass as well.

I guess if you want to go to complete DYEL mode before starting to bulk that's fine, but I would recommend making your cut less intense so you don't lose as much muscle going forward.

In that case, I'd definitely increase your caloric intake somewhat so you don't lose any lean muscle mass.

You really don't need to be losing more than 1-2 pounds a week, these massive cuts aren't sustainable long-term.

I should correct this to say "as much lean muscle mass".

You are inevitably going to lose some with a cut, unless you are training really hard - but it can be minimized if you are smart with dieting.

Stop running if you're trying to put on mass.. especially without prepping with plenty of carbs. You should be doing heavy weight and low reps.. then getting your ass back to the kitchen to eat eat eat.

Did you even read a word I said? I didn't say go to the gym more I said eat more carbs (clean carbs like pasta and whole wheat bread), stop running, get on creatine, and lift heavier with lower reps.
