Whey protein mixed into greek yogurt.
Good as fuck and so much protein. It makes a fluffy mousse sort of thing. Like that whipped yogurt.
Best idea I ever got from the piano man.
My pre bed reeses bowl.
>6 tbsp dry whole grain cream of wheat mix
>1.5 cups fat free milk
>2 tbsp creamy natty pb
>Pack of stevia
>14 grams of dark chocolate chips
Cook cream of wheat, stir in pb and stevia. Top with chocolate chips.
77 carbs and 28 protons. What more could you ask for?

>28 g of protein in a big ass bowl.
That's week as fuck, son.Throw in a scoop of chocolate or pb flavored whey and double that. Or use casein since before bed.

How do you mix it?
Because when I do that, mixing it just in a bowl with a spoon, I just get thicker, darker yogurt with powdery lumps in it.

I just do exactly that. Put it all in a big cereal bowl and stir pretty hard for less than a minute and it's good. No lumps in mine, though that may depend on protein brand. I currently use Dymatize 100% whey.

this shit is the bomb. i put 2tbsp on 105g of quick oats every morning. It's deceptively calorie dense and high in protons. Tastes kinda cheesy, but no dairy to give you gyno.

>Tastes kinda cheesy
sounds terrible to go with oats, theres gotta be something better to pair it with
>>39479897
It seems counterintuitive, but it's fokken delicious.
besides,
>not being beyond the point of needing things to taste good
>>39479917
yeah, but Ive developed some good cooking skills since i started lifting, so its usually not difficult to have good taste and good macros. but ill try it since you actually enjoy it i guess, and hopefully figure out some other recipes to include it in as well
>he doesn't eat cottage cheese
It's like you don't even want gains or healthy gut flora
