/fit/ I used to lift with my dad but he recently got mri results of his back and he has bone degeneration and slipped discs, I still want to keep working out with him so were gonna do bodyweight shit instead of 5x5, does a power tower have enough things on it to be able to do a full body routine, as well as running and some heavy bag shit? Also will bodyweight workouts make me any less of a square jawed beast compared to lifting or will the only disadvantage be that I wont be able to lift as heavy as a guy who lifts?

Try reddit
besiedes pull-ups, dips, push-ups, leg raises and muscle-ups, do a squat progression to bodyweight squats and to supermans or some other shit for your lower back and you'll be fine. don't forget the lower back - makes you look better even if you have large enough lats
