Why dont you include "finding gyms to lift at" in your trip planning?

>this
it must not be that expensive for a daily pass or equivalent out there considering how cheap everything is there.

its gonna be outdoors for the most part.

Exactly, >>39477232 you can make it a priority. But even if you do lose some muscle you will gain so much more if this your first time traveling. Good luck on your journey and have fun.

dont want to make this a priority, just maintain what i got.
And thanks.
Is calisthenics a ok go or no go?
Bring a TRX or just do bodyweight shit. Yoga for core and balance.

Buy a TRX and learn how to use it.

I traveled for 2 months last summer, only using a gym twice during that time. Yes, your muscles will shrink but that's mostly because they haven't expierenced the rush of blood lifting provides.
It's not hard to regain what you've lost. Just try not to get fat. It'll probably take 2-4 weeks to get back to where you were. It's MUCH easier to regain lost muscle than build it from scratch.

How long of a trip?
If you can travel slow, do it. Find a gym. Rent an apartment for a month where you can cook meat. Realistically, that's the way you can keep your gains.
Logistics while traveling are fucking hard. If you don't make a solid plan and stick to it you'll end up living off carb-heavy street food and losing your gains.
