okay nerd here who needs help.
I'm getting asked to cosplay when I go to comic-con next summer, and I want to go as this guy (Musashi Gouda from Mob Psycho 100).
I've got about 7 months to build this muscle, so what do i need to focus on doing? This isn't a quick-fix I want to build this in strong muscle mass

Post a pic of yourself. Odds are the answer is to start lifting with a beginner's routine with an emphasis on compound lifts and eating at a slight caloric surplus.
