The main one is in March in Ohio each year. The ones in other places are spin offs, more or less, and are less competitive.

They do international invites in most Arnolds.

The US one is the biggest deal, but it's kind of a second-tier Strongman event overall. It has a very specific niche for events and a lot of guys don't always bother showing up.
