The way to get pumped when out at night, is to time your training/meals before hand.

>Eat a massive amount of food,
>Sleep minimum 8-10 hours.
>You should wake up and be FULL and PUMPED the entire day

If you just goto the gym right now, get a pump, then leave, your muscles will actually become smaller post-workout, as they shrink to repair themselves, this is why you look worse 1-2 hours post workout, because the muscles shrink up.

I joined the Navy. Rotating shifts constantly, up for 24 hours at a time every now and then, sleep speeds up deployments. Buddy used to call his rack the horizontal time accelerator. He'd work 12 hours and sleep 11 or so.

How do you sleep less than 8 hours a day? I always sleep an average of 10 hours. I end up with so few hours in a day to do stuff. ;_;
