once a week, if you need more than that wtf?

I buy in bulk, I probably should buy fresh and every few days...
>>
Once a week, usually totals up to 60-70 dollars.

Lentils, shitload of different types of beans, chicken breasts, ground turkey, milk, peanut butter, apples, bananas, berries, spinach, kale, broccoli, zucchini, celery, carrots, tomatoes, bell pepper, onion, garlic, green beans, almonds, protein powder, herbs/spices, beef jerky, oats, grains & seeds bread.

>>
>>39459337
I shop every other day because I'm kind of a day-day eater and I eat a lot of fresh fish.
>>
>>39459432

>>
>>39459560
Shit man, good for you. I've already had my 2500 kcal for the day and I feel like I could get 500 more easily (which is good cause I'm a fucking 140 lb skeleton)
>>
>>39459610
hate all types of fish?

go for flaxseeds. 1,597 milligrams of Omega-3 in 1 tablespoon (39 percent DV).
>>
>>39459676
that's ALA though

EPA and DHA are what i want
>>
i found best way to save money by not wasting food is to go to the store almost everyday. i go to a grocery store with a hot bar/salad bar and get lunch there, eat it, then do my grocery shopping. maybe there are advantages to buying once per week but it doesn't work for me.

free range eggs
organic whole/vitamin d milk
cottage cheese
banas
nuts/mixed nuts
shredded cheese (in scrambled eggs)
peanut butter w honey in it
spinach or some salad
asparagus
quinoa or pasta
3 organic avocados
chicken or meat, depending on day
potatoes or sweet potatoes
strawberries or blueberries
something for lunch tomorrow (possibly frozen)
>>
>>39459689
ahh. i guess fish oil tablets are your only option then?
>>
>>39459706
yep and omega 3 eggs, they don't supply EPA though, only DHA
>>
>>39459704

How do you have the time for that though?
>>
Something like a week at a time
8lb chicken
3lb salmon
2lb filet mignon
Sweet potato
California mix veggies
36 eggs
That's the main stuff

>>
I buy stuff 3 days a week, stopping at the supermarket while biking for my cardio.
Usually buy:

>chicken
>Greek yogurt
>sweet potato
>cream cheese
>fruits
And anything else that's missing, but those are the staples.
>>
>>39459337
Once a week
Masa
Stone ground Cornmeal
Sweet potatoes
Squash
Lima beans
Capybara
Eggs
Tomatoes
Avocados
Chocolate
Tobacco
Hot peppers
>The current year
>Not being on the sun warrior diet
Never gonna make it
>>
Milk
Chicken breast
Pork Loin
Ground Beef
Oats
Jalapeños
Broccoli
Carrots
Onions
Wine
Eggs
Parmesan
Olive Oil
Ginger and Garlic
Cinnamon and Clove
Rice

2 times a week, but some items are bought every 2 weeks, other monthly. Since I started living at the countryside of my country, these expenses halved while the quality doubled.
>>
>>39459587
If you shop at overpriced chains, yeah. I shop at warehouse and ethnic food stores so it's almost half the price.
>>
>>39459704
You eat all of that every day? 3 avocados? Carton of milk? Jar of peanut butter?
>>
I find that about once a week is best.

More than that and food isnt fresh anymore and shorter than that is just a nuisance...

My typical list is something like

Baby carrots
Brocoli/cauliflower
Bananas
Whole wheat tortillas
Chicken breast
whole weat bread
Nutella/peanut butter
Energy bars
whole milk
eggs
chips/candies/snacks
hot pockets for when I dont want to pack lunch at work
greek yougurt for dem smoothies

>Milk
>Eggs
>Chicken
>Oats
>Cottage cheese
>Tuna
That's about 95% of my food intake.
>>
>>39459337
Once a week at least for veggies. Can't eat shitty frozen veg. Makes me want to vomit. Everything else I stock up on for 2 weeks- a month.

Chicken, eggs, quinoa or sweet potatoe, and I rotate veggies. I buy oats like once a month or so.

I used to work AT the grocery store so that was convenient as hell when I could spend all seven and half hours of labor on a small basket of food

Now I work at a hospital and make a bit more and my grocery shopping is on a what-is-missing basis multiple or occasionally zero times a week

I almost always
Chicken mix n match deal for five cases for $20 at save-a-lot
A little bit of pork with that chicken
Marinade
Cottage Cheese
Peanut Butter
Butter
Cabbage
Canned Beans, Corn, Potatoes, etc
Imitation Crab
Tuna
Milk
Bread
Strawberry Spread
Frozen vegetables
Ramen

And whatever the fuck I feel like shoving down my face hole

If I'm cutting it's everything on that list minus peanut butter and regular butter and everything is zero to one percent fat for dairy items
>>
>>39459337
I go to the grocery store every day to buy

lots of milk
oats
huge fucking thing of coffee

According to Swedish studies crushed flaxseed causes liver damage. They've pulled it from markets. Apparently uncrushed is fine due to less oxidation.
>>
>>39459337

>cooking fish with eggs

Not my cup of tea Senpai.

>How often do you go grocery shopping

Once a month at Costco. Usually chicken fillet and Salmon. Portion control stuff like low cal ice cream. Some Steak from time to time but if I eat too much beef it's hard for me to come back to chicken.

Might buy some stuff that I need weekly. can't always buy in bulk from Costco.
>>
>>39459337
chicken
beef
couple types of veggies
oranges
pears
rice
potatos
bread
eggs

I meal prep everything for the week on sundays.
I just made roast chicken, potatos, brussel sprouts and rice.
then meatball subs for lunch.
>>
>>39459337
Once a week, but I only buy the things I've run out of

Salmon
Eggs
Spinach
zucchini
squash
eggplant
mushrooms
canned tomatoes
rice
brussel sprouts
peanut butter
hummus
tortillas
garlic
bananas
beans

then I buy bulk of basics like spices, olive oil, vinegar, hot sauce, etc when I run out

pretty much eat a banana with pb for breakfast, baked squash with a hummus-spinach-olive oil-vinegar tortilla thing for lunch, rice and fish for dinner, with egg sometimes, or burritos. It's almost the same every day because I'm boring and meal prep or rice cooker all my meals.

Grocery store is on my way back from work, so I just stop on my way home 2-3 times a week.

>Beef/pork/chicken (depending on what's on sale)
>Tuna
>Milk
>Eggs
>Sometimes salmon or fresh tuna
>Yoghurt (I use it to make tuna salad instead of mayo)
>Onions, garlic, ginger, parsley, chives, basil
>Carrots, Broccoli, Leeks, Celery, Tomatoes
>Dark greens
>Lettuce
>squash (green, yellow, butternut, whatever's cheap)
>Bacon
>Almonds
>Pickles
>Cabbage (I make picked cabbages and some sauerkraut every month. Fucking love it)

When bulking/maintenance I add:
>Potatoes/Yams
>Rice, Beans, lentils, and peas
>Fruit (Whatever's cheap. Usually apples, oranges, kiwis, peaches and plums)

Also
>A pound of butter lasts me and my wife almost a month
>Same for Olive oil
>Enlightened ice cream (sounds nu-male as fuck, but has pretty ok macros and about 1/3 the calories of normal ice cream while still being delicious. It's fucking great when I'm craving shit food. I'd buy it even if it were regular ice cream. Pic related.)
