every time I try to bench 3x10 one plate I get a click like pain in my elbow (left arm) during the second rep

I haven't progressed at all because of this since 2 weeks ago

a "click-like pain" means what exactly?

do you feel a sharp pain? dull pain? numbness? burning? a "pulling" sensation? does it feel like bone-on-bone contact? have you lost any ROM?

do you have discomfort if you simply bend your elbow? is it only under load? does it only happen at a certain weight and above?

these are questions a medical professional could ask you

I would give it a rest for awhile and just lightly stretch it and do very light exercises for that elbow

I'm dealing with elbow tendinitis because I just kept working through something like that. It fucking sucks cause I basically can't lift and haven't been able to for weeks
