Are Bioelectric Impedance Scales inaccurate? I'm at 7.4%. Visually I'd say I'm at 10% and I want to be at a sustainable low BF, so I don't want to dip below 6% but I'm already close to that on the scale.

Any type of scale is calibrated for average if you are too high or too low it will give shit measurments
Go with a nutriologist or eyeball for what you like

What about caliper measurements? They put me at about 8%

>Are Bioelectric Impedance Scales inaccurate?
They're so fucking inaccurate, that calling them a meme is a mortal insult to fine upstanding memes all over the world.
Get a DXA scan if you want accurate body composition. If you can't find one or afford it, a med tech experienced with skinfold calipers can give you a fairly accurate measurement of bodyfat. But those 'bioelectric' toys? LOL don't waste your time.

They're so shitty that wild guessing is actually a better choice
Who gives a fuck about a number. Why are you people so autistic about this?
You said it yourself. You want it to be sustainable. So just fucking SUSTAIN the diet and exercise program that gives you the look you like and if you don't like it SUSTAIN a more intense version
Or just spin your wheels autistically staring at 50 different types of tools and charts that will just lead you to the same place
