How important is it to avoid going overboard on protein? Today MyFitnessPal is telling me I had 256g when my goal for today was 163. I'm on a bulk btw. 6'0" 149 lbs. Not sure what my BF is but it's not high.
Also how fucked am I if I had almost 6000mg of sodium today? I try to avoid it as much as I can but that shit seems to be in everything.
