Someone at my gym told me not to lock lock out when doing OHP, "it will damage your shoulders"
Is there some kind of variation to OHP that doesn't require a lock out or....?
what does lock out mean?
>>39451716
lock out the elbow joints so they can't extend further

Wrong
The people who think that are idiots who don't understand the shoulder blade moves with your arms, especially when shrugged. Locking out is important if you want a full range of motion in the workout

what about bicep curl lockouts ?

who the hell cares about biceps?
