Roughly what percentage of that is carbs? Chicken breast is a bit too lean to be a good energy source for keto, but most vegies have too much fibre to kick you out of keto, so I'm worried you might inadvertantly be on keto while eating a completely inappropriate diet.
Eat some fruit. It'll energise you and probably make up whatever nutritional deficit you're in.
