Thoughts on this stuff?
Thinking about trying it because I have IBS and every regular whey protein powder gives me horrible cramps and makes me shit all day.
Also, how do you feel about soy protein powder? I looked into egg and beef based powders, but they are expensive and reviews say they don't mix well and taste horrible. Are any other whey alternatives worth looking into?

I use muscle meds fruit punch beef protein tastes fine to me and mixes well in water. As for being more expensive it is like a buck or two but if it makes things easier on your digestion is it not worth it?
