/fit/ I'm after some advice from you. I'm aiming at losing body fat (stomach in particular) and attaining abs.

Breakfast: Rolled oats, low fat milk, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries.
Lunch: Chickpea curry with brown rice.
Dinner: Same as lunch mostly.
In between: Canned salmon on biscuits.

>30 push ups
>30 sit ups
I know the exercise routine seems fairly light, but I've only been doing it for the last 7 days, once my fitness level increases I will jog more km's. I've been on this diet for around 5-6 weeks.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
Eat -500 calories a day from you maintenance.
