What does /fit/ think about the Slimming World diet plan? In short, you can eat as much as you want of certain "free" foods such as pasta, meat, fish, rice, fruit and veg, but are limited on calorie dense "syns" such as biscuits and alcohol.
Personally I think counting calories is much easier than having to look up how many syns are on my plate.
Also, can someone explain to me what "Starvation mode/Famine mode" is?

I do a variation of this. On days I lift, I am allowed to eat as much plain greek yogurt as I like, and even wash it down with skim milk, as much as I like.
Also, I generally have a solid good meal.
