5 years into lifting
pretty much only able to maintain
making gains from this point on would basically require me to give up work and focus life entirely on lifting
ive hit the wall and its depressing, i cant feel any progress being made in the gym anymore, it's just nothingness now.
i need change something about what im doing before i end up quitting, i just cant keep going on like this with barely any progress happening

What are you lifts?
bout time to hit that roid life nigga
>if there is no struggle, there is no progress
This doesn't apply to lifting.
source: I've been lifting since 2004; I haven't seen any noticeable changes in physique since probably 2010, I still struggle in the gym week in week out, and it's 2016, nearly 2017, so 7 years of struggling and pretty much zero improvements after 2010. This alone proves that working hard does not pay off in the lifting world.
What does pay off is having a good source of steroids.

>Probably running a full body circuit at planet fitness
>Probably eating like shit
>Probably going twice a week if even
