How the hell do I get bigger arms? I've been lifting for about 8 months now and haven't seen any arm growth, not a single inch. Should I focus on arms less? I workout 3 days a week, making decent progress on all my lifts. I currently do 3x5, focusing on arms with tricep pull downs and bicep curls with 45 lb dumbbells currently. Should I increase my reps? Add more isolated arm workouts?

What are your lifts?
If you're progressing on lifts involving the arm muscles , truly progressing with solid form (increases weight and reps over time ) then your arms are growing . Arms take a while to produce noticeable changes . Focus instead on increasing lifts involving arms
Triceps are a large part of your arms. If your tris are large your arms will look big. I have always had luck with triceps pulldowns (v-angled short bar and rope), dips, and push-ups + close grip dumbbell chest presses.
Try going for volume on biceps, dropping 10 lbs. when you can't do a full 8-12 rep set.
You should also go the gym more often or pack in complimentary exercises on the days you do go. If you have a leg day, you can get some arm work in.

I would honestly say keep doing what you're doing. If you can still linearly progress on SS, do it. And eat more food filling dem macros. Give it some time.

Do pullups. They're good for biceps and you'll look significantly better with some lats instead of what you have going on right now.

Meh, I'm the same as him (weaker in bench, stronger in deadlift) but look pretty dyel. It's hard to look big at 6'2 under 200lb.
