How do people get morbidly obese? I can't seem to bulk

How do people get morbidly obese?

I can't seem to bulk past 20% body-fat without feeling constantly full. 20% BF seems to be the wall for me where my hunger just dies.

Louse around and do nothing but watch TV, fap, play vidya, and eat. The less active you are the less you eat, but what you eat changes depending on how you apply yourself in life(how active and self-conscious you are). Morbidly obese people are either very anti-social and have the means to survive without the psychological implications, or are just so secure with their bodies that they've thrown away all conceptualizations of body and mind.

Your stomach literally grows and shrinks in response to how much you eat, but it takes months for the gradual change to become noticeable. Depending on the type of exercise you do and the food you eat your body will also store and burn fat differently. Why are you trying to bulk to more than 20% fat anyway? What is the purpose?

I used to be one of those "i eat soo much and never gain weight, my metabolism is so fast" guys but when I actually counted calories, I was eating about 1800-2000 per day, about maintenance (5'7" manlet)

I could pig out at a buffett and eat 1500+ calories in one sitting but when I did, I usually didn't eat anything else at all that day

Anyways, i'm bulking now and struggling to get even 2300 calories per day. I've been eating spoonfuls of PB. I'm about about 155lbs here and I feel like a fat shit.

Honestly, when they're at that point I think the bigger thing would be to address some obvious and serious mental issues.

When you're that big, you know you're destroying yourself, and you feel terrible about your entire life. They need psychological help imo.

Many years of eating and never doing any exercise.
I ended up with depression and couldn't go to the gym for three years and the only thing i enjoyed was eating. So i did that for a long time. Lucky i only bulked to 30% but now that I'm back in the gym it had been a brutal five month cut to get down to a normal human body fat amount.

I was 295, around 234 right now. You get that way by having no goals in life, nothing to be proud of. You kind of get to the point where you mail it in and say fuck it, I like food. Then you realize you ruined your body and you're miserable and start losing the weight like I am trying to do. Or not, like some people. Hopefully I will make it, so far it's been the best decision I have ever made.
