hello-
is there something i can eat for every meal that has everything i need? i never have enjoyed food so i try to eat healthy. and i only drink water and milk. however i dont like to cook so i eat a lot of tuna oats and raw eggs.
but lately ive started cooking (or steaking? i dont know the word, frying?) eggs beans lentils frozen vegetables and minced meat in the same bowl and this seems pretty balanced.
really i can eat anything i just need it to be healthy good and easy to cook. is there such a meal? again i dont care about taste, i want to know what i can throw in the blender or whatever and just eat forever
any tips?

Bump i completly avoid sugar and only drink water but when i am craving some carbonation are zero calorie drinks the way to go?

Chicken, Quinoa, Any veggie (you should rotate which ones you use at least on a weekly basis), Eggs, and you should be good I think. I'd still eat tuna twice a week though.
