Guys, I've been on SS + GOMAD for about 17 months, and I can definitely lift heavier then even before, but I'm not really happy with the results.
What can I do to improve aesthetics?

you're definitely salvageable. the problem with your results is that your lats dont exist. you dont look as bad as everyone is making you out to seem, just a disproportionate beginner. do more OHP and fix your imbalance. your right deltoid is tiny, so youre fucking up somewhere.
