Used to just do squats. Then went on a split that looked like:
Squats 5x5
Leg Press 6x8-20
Leg Extension 6x12-20
Leg Curl 8x8-15
Calves 8x12-20

Now I'm running 2-suns 5/3/1 variant, so a lot more squatting and less accessories. Legs for reference.

Squats because squats, 1x5 on deads because their maximum effort and I'm pretty rekt after squats, bulgarians to even out the imbalances in my legs, and hip thrusts for mass on the ass.
