can you move properly

Do some bodyweight squats, does it hurt?
lean back does it hurt?

If it hurts stretch your hep flexors, legs, glutes, foam roll etc and it can undo all the tension

Often ive alleviated lower back pain through hip mobility

If it hurts after like 4 days+ maybe go get it checked out
