is this killing my gains /fit/? I usually drink between 10 and 18 beer each day on the weekends and sometimes more if I go out , basically I'm a weekend alcoholic

When I plan to drink a lot I only eat like 800 calories that day so I can drink and not worry about getting fat.

It's not end of the world, you can make gains with that level of drinking especially if you're not elite level, but it's probably not helping.
