What are the best foods to eat on the go?
I'm almost never meeting my calories. Usually about 400 under every day

Peanuts are very energy dense and a source of protein. They are also very tasty. Measure out 400 calories of peanuts, put them in a ziplock bag, bring them in to work, eat them during lunch

You can make /fit/ protein bars made out of oats, whey protein, peanutbutter etc.
