Think I might be getting a job by Monday lads. It's 7am to 4pm working at a warehouse. Anyone here do similar hours and still make gains?

I work at my uncles gnc for 10-11 hours a day while taking 11 units in college. I still make decent gains brah so can you.
I work from 5:30 to 4pm still make gains you'll be fine. Usually work 50 hours a week and average 6 hours sleep a night, not groggy or sluggish all the time either
