By consistently eating at a caloric surplus, strictly following a beginner routine followed by an intermediate routine and getting 8 hours of sleep a day.

Really? Do you really? You're idea of eating a lot is fucking skewed I can assure you. Which is why you're a skelly. Download myfitnesspal and count your calories. Come back when you're eating at 500 caloric surplus and not gain weight. You probably broke law of physics

If you pretend that number is 1500, then just eat 1700 to 2000 daily for a week or two, then up it again later. It's much easier than trying to go for 4000 the first day.

There's no magic to it man. Literally just eat. If that's too hard then drink milk. Protein shake don't have that much calories in it by itself but it's definitely a good way to supplement your diet. Blend it with chocolate milk and peanut butter to add more calories and proteins.

skelly here, used to be 120, now 150, lifts have gone up but it seems to be mostly fat, when should i stop eating 3k cals a day?
