600ml milk, 60grams peanut butter, 110 grams oats grounded and 3 (28g) scoops of protein (I weigh everything). Blend it all. I have that every day. It's 1500 calories and makes up the bulk of my calories for the day. I eat about 3000 a day so the other 1500 comes from bread, eggs, veggies etc. I've been gaining a good amount of strength and bits of fat but it's all good. I'm unifag so don't have time to make proper shit.

Don't eat a shit ton in one sitting, spread your food out evenly over the day. For instance, if you have to eat 4000 calories a day, and you've only eaten 1000 by 8pm, getting another 3000 in before bed is gonna suck. But if you have an 800 calorie meal every 3 hours starting with breakfast, you'll avoid having to ram food down your neck late at night.
High fat meals are good for getting a lot of calories into a single meal, but your stomach feels heavy for a long time afterwards. I prefer high carb, moderate protein (at least 40g of good quality protein to maximize leucine content) and lowish fat.
