How do I cut without feeling lightheaded, weak and like I'm going to die?

cut at a smaller deficit if you're trying to do it too quickly.
part of it is simply getting used to the idea that you're going to feel like shit sometimes.
Coffee in the morning, skip breakfast, eat normally in the noon
I also carb cycle so i have high carbs the day i workout (and basically eat at maintanance or higher) and low carbs with calorie deficit the days i rest
It takes longer but you can still workout at good intensity and lose less muscle mass
