At what point should you switch from Starting Strength to Splits?
I have gone to gym for around 5 months now and can do 5x3 sets of bench press with my own weight (80kg) ,deadlift almost double, pull-up around 13 times of that and squat little under my own weight. Am I ready to move on split training?
Deadlift almost double my own weight I meant to write

> 80 kg
> 80 kg x 2 = 160 kg
> 160 kg x 13 = 2080 kg
That escalated quickly.

So you bench 80 and squat less then 80? Your squat is supposed to be higher than your bench. Check your form

1/2/3/4 or until you can no longer mane linear progression
What does 1/2/3/4 mean?
when you have an aneurism
you're supposed to switch from SS to TM when you can't keep up with the progression of SS.

1 plate, 60kg, OHP
2 plate, 100kg, benchpress
3 plate, 140kg, squat
4 plate, 180kg deadlift
Not necessarily a balanced standard, so go until you can't make linear progression any more
