more and more im beginning to think that 1/2/3/4 is NOT necessary for aesthetics

look at chest bra, realtively weak, but great aesthetics

volume is king when it comes to hypertrophy though, so take that as you will

as a natty you have 3 areas that you must balance: volume, frequency, intensity

impossible to go all out on all three fronts, so you gotta choose what you want

more volume, which means hypertrophy, which usually means aesthetics, tends to also mean less intensity

Depends on how tall you are.

If you're a 5'7" manlet, you can look good without hitting 1/2/3/4. If you're 6'2", 1/2/3/4 is just the beginning.
