Skelly here, need help.
I've been going to the gym 2 days a week for a couple of months now, but I haven't really seen any results.
I don't have anorexia or anything, and I eat whatever but I just don't gain weight.

Should I try those powder drinks or whatever they're called? My friend says they're a scam, but then again he's fucking insane is doing this low carb shit where he only eats once a day, so I don't know who to trust.

I'm 18 btw.

I know 2 days is pretty weak, but the thing is I live on a campus which has a gym next door, but I'm only here Monday-Friday (take a train home Friday) so I can't go on the weekends, should I just stop being a pussy and go every day?
Also, what routine should I do then? Lately I've been doing;
Monday -
squats
bench press
smith machine upright rows
lat pulldown
barbell overhead press
barbell curls
barbell rows

Wednesday -
Same but switch out lat pulldown and barbell stuff for leg curls and shit

I used to be auschwitz breh. 55kg/125lbs 2 years ago. Now I'm 90kg/200lbs 17%bodyfat All you have to do is eat more. Like eat 4 meals a day, where every meal is at the least 500kcal. You don't have to count it to the dot, but you should have an idea of roughly how much. After paying attention to it for years it comes easily.
I fuarkin hate eating shitloads, but I do whatever it takes, faggot.

research routines (and form obviously). I'd recommend stronglifts. And workout mon-wed-fri, go home later or some shit. Read the sticky.
