Honestly I'd try going to the gym again, and if you start to feel sick again, go to a doctor. Honestly just seems like you may have been going to ham your first day back. Do you know if you ate something funny before going to the gym?

It happened to me around the first month when I first started going to the gym. Thought I was going to die, skin went white, eyes clouded up, couldn't stant, could only crawl on my knees, vomitted all my spinach out and then I was fine.

Never happened again, and I took a 5 month break to go overseas.

But to be serious, it is actually a drastic change in blood sugar level from high to low in a short period of time. The body can't process it and it crashes.

More common in type 1 diabetics but people without can still have it happen when experimenting with ketosis.
