Do you self a favor, buy a single burner range, like 12 bucks at Walmart. You can cook almost anything in a pan, especially cheap frozen meat. Those frozen meals are expensive and contain about half your daily sodium.

Also hate to tell you but making any kind of frozen microwave dinner a staple in your diet no matter how "healthy" will not let you lose weight. Hell you may gain weight.

It's all that sodium anon. As a guy who lived off of easy cook bullshit for almost 5 years before getting my shit together I can attest to this. Also you're not doing your insides any favors with that stuff
