I'm autistic, what's to stop me from eating this same diet everyday?
Is it unhealthy to eat the same thing every day, even if all your nutritional needs are met?
I want a diet that's easy, cheap, and healthy.

Mild autist here as well. Check out Soylent. I have been on it for a while and It is fantastic. Honestly a life changer.

Yes. Variety is key to a healthy diet for reasons other than just nutrient intake.

That's what I was looking for, but how is this seen in your overall health and longevity? I'm too lazy to look through all those sources.

You don't wanna end up like Cosmo do you?

Fuck off retard.
OP, variety is key to health.
But I'm also autistic. Don't eat the same thing every day, but eat the same things every week. Just change it up daily. Cycle between 3 different meal plans.
For the 3 day cycle, something like this:
Change broccoli carrots, bananas.
Eggs to turkey, chicken.
Peanut butter to greek yogurt, cottage cheese.
Every month change what foods go to which day. Just cycle through the same foods, get a little variety. Banana can be any fruit you enjoy. Carrots can be any other veggie. Eggs shouldn't be eaten every day, so swap it with meat here and there, whatever meat you like. Cottage cheese makes great dipping for veggies.
I'm a lazy cunt and autistic OP. Cycling through the same few foods is easiest and you're less likely to get bored.

Cronometer + a flipped monitor + MSPaint
Its okay to eat like chicken caeser salad everyday or like a nice burger...
But not 6 scoops cmon of whey. Youre missing the point.

Missing what point?

Eating high protein is supposed to be an inconvenience and you eat less than usual. Like its 8:45 and the super market closes in 15 minutes and you dont feel like cooking. Bam, saved yourself 400-1600 calories for the day.
Taking 6 scoops of whey isnt gonna do nothing for you.
