If you work out hard you'll still look good even if you won't look yuge. Your situation is still the same; if you work out, your life improves, if you don't it doesn't. It's just a matter of degree now.

Low body fat + being athletic is all you really need.

I had them. Have been on a high protein diet for 2 years with no issues. Drink lots of water and don't eat too much broccolli or spinach.

What you really just need to do is reduce your salt intake and drink more water.

>had a kidney stone
So you don't have them anymore? Do you happen to know what caused them? Or even what kind of kidney stones they were?

OP, I had three kidney stones followed by a kidney infection just last year. It suuuuuucked and ruined my gains completely.
They turned me inside out in the hospital but couldn't find anything. I'm back to eating protein and I've had no problems since. It can very well be a freak thing. Drink more water.
Oh, and I stopped eating/drinking cranberries and grapefruit, and I limit citrus fruits a lot. Some people say they have a huge effect if you're sensitive to them. I dunno, but I don't miss them.
That's ANIMAL protein, OP
