>I do not do conventional deadlift, m'lady. You see, it puts too much strain on the back and I find the amount of ROM (range of motion, mind you) disagreeable. No, I perform the superior sumo deadlift. I feel the honor of generations of men with my similar bodytype when I lift the weights this way.

>Bench? No, I think not, good sir, the bench press is for below average IQ apes. I prefer weighted dips - a much more unorthodox method of building the pecs, but an altogether safer and more effective exercise for massive hypertrophy and strength gains.

If you don't find these funny then the thread is most likely making fun of you.

>What's that? Him? Heh.... m'lady with all due respect from a gentleman, you have fallen for the oldest trick in the book. Ah yes I must say, foolish are you to admire that brutes four plate squat. Pay close attention to his range of motion, m'lady. Surely now you see, however "heavy" his lifts might appear, he is ending the exercise early, only going down to parallel before beginning the upwards motion. You understand now that my two plate squat, however it might appear on paper, is much more physically and mentally impressive.
