BOXERS
What's your training like? Do you lift weights? How do you balance the two?
I been lifting for awhile and just started to incorporate days of boxing training for cutting.

A lot less weight exercises for me. I only do a little bit of shoulders and biceps just for mires but i feel like muscle mass slows me down...
as a heavyweight (250lbs @ 6') I do a lot of weight training. Don't think it's as necessary when you get down to LHW and below, though still important. Conditioning is extremely important.
I jumprope for 10 minutes to warm up, shadow box for ten minutes,
Hit the heavy bag for 5 rounds/3 minutes a round,
Do 5 sets/20 dips a set
Benchpress

Also, light weight more reps arms and upper body, heavy squats and deads for power and speed. Speed is most important.
Lots of tabatas: thrusters, lunges, pullovers, shrugs, face pulls, LPC and core shit.
