I started going to the gym, I'm 5,7 180 pounds. I don't wanna look huge muscle tank person, I just want to look good with some muscle on me. Any tips? Should I incorporate cardio into my daily routine?

I went too heavy too early in my first couple months at the gym and now I look like a huge muscled freak like arnie. I would recommend you don't lift weights if your worried about getting HUGE overnight cause it happens to everyone

Look up stronglifts 5x5 app. Also Download myfitnesspal. Eat at a 500 calories over you maintenance caloric intake for 6-12 Months. Cut on 300-500 below your maint until you look like desired.
