I've got a lot of supplements at disposal, including whey protons, DNP, green tea extract, pre-workout silly pills with caffeine in it, a stationary bike and fuck all to do besides sending my CV and lurking for jobs.
Next sunday my weight shall be 83 kilograms, or 183 pounds as murkins say.

The best and healthiest way to lose weight is DISCIPLINE and eating a HEALTHY AND CLEAN DIET.
Sure you can swallow DNP and either kill yourself OR incur serious long term damage if you do everything correctly
Or you can EAT LESS and MOVE MORE

I don't really yo-yo, once I do lose the weight I actually do keep it off. Preparing my thesis and working on my final exams put me under a boatload of stress this summer, my degree it's not easy, I guess that's how that happened.
