I'll have 2 or 3 on the weekend but just that.

The effect it has on estrogen is negligible at that point but any more and I can definitely feel the alcohol effect my recovery the next day. It isn't the estrogen I'm worried about but what alcohol does to recovery and protein synthesis.

I'm terrified of the mental foggy feeling alcohol gives. Last time I drank I ended up crouched in a corner for an hour waiting for the feeling to wear off.
